Dwell
Dwell

I wish I could see gold,
My color is tainted, I'm saddened, For this brief moment,
I can't accept me for who I am,
All this talk about life seems hopeless,
I got butterflies cupped in my hands,
I prayed on every one, Waiting to be released,
Never whispered where it is I gotta go,
See this building here, but it's not a home,
And I could dwell, but I'll still be on my own, sitting here...
There is more than gold, I am the living proof,
Tell me it's not so, Standing here in the living room,
Echoes and calls, All on the people's deaf ears,
