Good To Me

 

Feeling my heart beat, never felt this way,

Looking into your eyes, I’ve never felt so alive,

I see my whole world, I see my King,

And know there’s no where else I rather be,

 

You accept me for who I am,

My poking questions, my incessant mood swings,

And when I want to end us, you fight your way back in, no surrender,

 

I don’t deserve you, but to give you up would be committing sin,

You’re too good to me, There’s no other like you,

Never cause harm to me, In you, I finally have something to believe,

And you’re too good to me,

I want the whole world to know, that you’re too good to me, my one and only,

 

I take off whenever you speak,

Your words are like the sea, smooth sailing,

 

It’s a whole other thing when you’re there for me,

I’ve never had that, I couldn't want another,

 

You know just who I am,

Sometimes bossy and controlling,

You still don’t call quits, vanish to leave me lonely,

 

So many aim for a night, but we knew what we were after,

I couldn’t have been more lucky, as we plan our happily ever after,

It couldn’t be more right, you here, beside me,
