Lets not take this too far

Not at the expense of who I am

Do you even know who I am?

Did you care to listen?

Climbing mountains, making sacrifices that you don't dare to view

All at the expense of me

Even toying with my self-esteem

I'm at loss for words

Cause I can see you need the most of love

But what does it matter what I think?

You don't care to see me for me,

Blocking my view of who I believed you to be
