One-Way Street

It’s a constant circle, an endless game
I find you, or you find me

I wish things were changing, or I could shut it down
I’m going crazy, with or without you around

Maybe it’s the way that I see it
Maybe it’s me that needs to change what I believe in
I just tend to think that there is something wrong
But if you really wanted me, I’m only a call away

We’re trailing a two-way street,
But somehow, We’ve made it into one,
I don’t wanna walk on this one-way street,
So many things that always turns out wrong,
I can envision it, Our bodies collide,
Cause one of us made a bad turn,
Didn’t learn…

There has to be plenty more, Streets you’ve traveled down,
It is not just me, Even now,

I am not blinded, Though I do not wish to,
Look through the rearview, Mirror,

Maybe I should see it,
See what needs to change,
But I can’t see it, Coming two different ways

We’re trailing a two-way street,
But somehow, We’ve made it into one,
I don’t wanna walk on this one-way street,
So many things that always turns out wrong,
I can envision it, Our bodies collide,
Cause one of us made a bad turn,

Traffic all comes, Rushing in
I can’t see you, I’ve lost you,

You’re not gonna pull off to the side, To let me catch up,
Well, That’s okay, I’ll find my own way,
We’re not one in the same…

We’re trailing a two-way street,
But somehow, We’ve made it into one,
I don’t wanna walk on this one-way street,
So many things that always turns out wrong,
I can envision it, Our bodies collide,
Cause one of us made a bad turn,
Didn’t learn…

It’s a constant circle, an endless game
I find you, or you find me…
