Practice

How we began I cannot recall
We sort of ended up here
Side by side the words seem lost
We've used them up with little fear

When can I break free from this cycle
I feel I've been through all my options, only to end up at the start
We took us too far...

 

So thanks for making me a part of your practice

Because we both know that we’re just practicing

I hate to say that you’re a practice

Who knows, we could’ve been a beautiful thing
