I read this article (8 Ways To A Happier You). I feel this is partially true. I like to believe I carry many of these characteristics and have felt happier, but I also tend to carry some of these traits at moments, and the happiness becomes non-existent. Not necessarily bad or good. I'm human. I could work on my Zest. I plan on it.
