Float On By

 

This isn't a free ride, I’m not even gonna help, Not even gonna try,

You lay back and sometimes it's cool, but doing it all the time, you're just another tool,

 

Can’t get you to do nothing, Sitting all damn day on your ass,

Be careful when it comes to that,

You may miss out on the best, you know,

 

It will float on by you,

You’ll never see it until it’s gone, So long,

You’re going to need it too,

Don’t mutter that you won’t,

Cause we both know,

You don’t know alone,

 

My pockets are burning, almost gone, While you’re still turning,

It was alright sometimes, but it’s became too much, and I’m sick of you not trying,

 

You amount up to zero, You’re pretty much useless,

Be careful when you show your ass,

You may miss out on the best, you know,

 

Take this as a wake up call, Stop avoiding,

Take that step where you can really call yourself a man,

Cause you’re far from that, as we know,
