Wasn’t Right

 

Okay, so I fucked up, but you did too,

It takes two to play the game that we took part in,

 

The time was short, we went with the flow,

The flow got so high, the both of us ended up on overload,

 

How many times I blamed myself,

But I wasn’t right,

 

How many times I was myself,

But you wasn’t right,

 

Trouble always followed, two steps behind you,

I was on another level, One you couldn’t get on,

 

You were disappearing, I didn’t know,

Didn’t know just where you would go, You hid so well,

 

I needed us to be right,

I had been done with making those lefts, Ended up in dead ends,

 

I thought I had saw some light,

I must have been wrong, too wrong,
